Are you a first responder or healthcare worker whose work (and life) has left you feeling exhausted, stressed or burned out? You are not alone and the Dugri app is for you. Join our anonymous peer support network where you can vent or unload stress through authentic peer connection.

With over 95% of surveyed users feeling more supported and over 90% reporting decreased levels of stress, the Dugri app shows how by sharing and listening to one another, we can feel better.

Using a simple approach and a proven framework, the Dugri app connects you with people who have walked in your shoes, to share your real stories and feelings, and have someone listen without judgment.

More than a mental health app, Dugri harnesses the power of connection and “real talk” to meet this moment when many of us are stretched to our limit, handling stressors beyond the usual overload and chronic lack of “me time.”

Dugri offers a SAFE and ANONYMOUS space to draw strength and beat burnout with:

The Dugri app connects you with a community of peers from across the country, offering a variety of ways to engage- safely, confidentially, and on your own terms.

GATHER: COMMUNITY FORUM 
Join the conversation in a discussion board tailored to the community that knows what you’re going through. Share thoughts and remember you’re not alone, a supportive peer is always a click away.

EXCHANGE: TEXT MESSAGING 
Get something off your chest and receive support in a safe, 1:1 text message chat. Nothing you’re going through is too big or small to share, and these dialogs can unfold anytime, at your convenience.

LIVE: REAL-TIME AUDIO CALL 
For a deeper conversation, try a real-time, audio call with a peer who understands what you’re going through. The app guides you in a confidential, compassionate conversation to help you unload anxiety and re-energize.

PULSE CHECK: WEEKLY SELF-ASSESSMENT 
Feeling isolated, unseen, misunderstood? Answer 5 questions each week to gauge your emotional health and increase feelings of connection. Track your progress over time and get tips when you need them.

The Dugri protocol at the heart of the app is a structured framework of human connection that provides a sense of support, of being heard and an instant sense of relief. This method has been implemented with tens of thousands of first responders and health care workers all over the world at times of crisis. The result is a quick release of stress, an increase in work satisfaction and an overall sense of feeling better.
